Underwriter relationships
Viking Abstract places title insurance through one or more underwriters authorized to write title insurance in New York. Underwriter names, logos and any required affiliation statements should be published here in accordance with each underwriter's approved usage policy.
Rate filing
Title insurance premiums in New York are filed with the New York State Department of Financial Services. Premiums are determined by the filed rate schedule applicable to the policy amount and transaction type. No estimate, quote or calculator output on this site alters the filed rate.
Affiliated business arrangements
