Can I speak directly with the examiner?
Yes. A named examiner is assigned at order and you have direct contact. That is the point of the relationship — a returned call on the day it matters is worth more than any portal feature.
Do you handle CEMA files?
Routinely. We structure the consolidation, chase the assignment from the existing servicer, and prepare the consolidation package. Send us the payoff and proposed loan amount and we will tell you whether the savings justify the work.
Are the forms in the vault current?
Every form carries a source, an effective date and a last-review date. Government forms link to the issuing agency so you can confirm you have the current version. We review the library on a schedule and flag anything superseded, but the filing responsibility remains yours.
