Who We Serve

Realtors & Agents

The problems that blow up a closing — an open permit, a missing CO, a surviving lien, an estate that never cleared — are almost always visible weeks earlier. A pre-listing title review finds them while there is still time to fix them.

Questions we get from realtors

What does a pre-listing review cost me?

Contact us for current pricing on a pre-listing title and municipal review. The point of running it is that finding an open permit in week one of a listing costs you an administrative task; finding it in the last week of a contract costs you the deal.

Can I check my transaction status without emailing?

Yes — the portal shows the milestone timeline, outstanding requests and closing detail for files you have access to.

My seller inherited the property. Is that a problem?

Not inherently, but it needs earlier attention. Estate conveyances require authority documents and estate tax clearance. Flag it when you take the listing and we will tell you what to collect.

Do you have material I can hand a client?

The Resource Center has plain-English buyer and seller guides, a closing-cost overview and a wire fraud explainer written to be forwarded.
